Very Disappointed. Dropped off an aluminum stock trailer July 11, 2018 and discussed what type of dressing room step up ladder to install on it. Checked on it during the month, was told they had a big job come in and had to set it aside. Second time I checked I was told it would probably be ready August 6. Did not receive a call. On 8/14/18 I spoke with one of the owners who then asked what type of step I wanted on it. The next day I picked it up.
