The man who did my nails didn't even bother to prep my nails properly or do my cuticles. After waiting over an hour, I asked for simple gel french and 2 nail repairs. The process was done so rushed. I even had to ask for him to do the French line correctly SEVERAL times and still they are uneven. As soon as I walked out I saw one of the repaired nails was already lifting off. Went back in and he just added nail glue under the lift but he also got it all over the top of the nail ruining the gel. These are my nails 4 days later, the gel is lifting because he basically painted on my skin. My hands look horrible.

I liked the staff and the end result. There was a Customer in the booth/seat next to me who was totally obnoxious. She had the unmitigated Gall to tell me that the Chiefs were not going to the Super Bowl as I sat there with my Chiefs jersey on, and she did it in a way that clearly irritated me. She was a Cowboys fan on a Monday the day after “America’s Team” had just lost and so was out of the playoffs! AGAIN! But clearly the Cowboys are better. Somehow the fact that the Chiefs have now been to three out of the last four SuperBowls escaped her. Idiot!!
