I was witness to the interactions of leadership and was very disappointed at the escalation of his behavior that aimed to silence a client that was requesting important information. When consumers engage businesses for financial services there should be an element of professionalism that seems to be absent in this office. I would recommend getting referrals before engaging this office.

I just witnessed this CPA falsely accusing a client of raising her voice at him, after she respectfully and politely asked him for the tax documents HE WAS ALREADY SUPPOSED TO HAVE PROVIDED HER! He actually told her to come back tomorrow— for the same documents he had already provided to the other shareholders! So she kindly asked him to go ahead and print them now, and that she would wait, and HE DARED TO TELL HER HIS TIME WAS VALUABLE!! He had already failed to do his job, he had violated the rules of ethics he is required to abide by, and HIS time is valuable? Then he accused her of raising her voice, after she did NO SUCH THING.
