This is not a serious company. After committing to replace my defective carpet and flooring as a warranty, and even accepting an additional payment $3611 to upgrade into tile, they kept silent, started to refuse taking phone calls and adopted an angry and rude attitude when asked for the scheduling of the job. After this, they refused to honor the warranty without a reason and have not refunded the additional $3611. Everyone in Floors LLC SouthLake branch from Anna Guevara, Operations Manager up to Mark Werner, Director of Sales, are rude, impolite and unprofessional.
They took time out of their day to help me fix a problem that didn't even pertain to their store. They recommended me to another store so they gained nothing from helping me. Really nice of them! Great people!
