I highly recommend the team at Proactive PT Centers in Webster. Lisa did an amazing job with the balance of being both accommodating and challenging (in a good way) as I progressed through my PT. She was attentive from intake until discharge. Each of the PTAs (Boo, Donavon, and Claren...sorry for any misspellings) were awesome! They got to know me as a patient and a person. And Marisa at the front desk was always friendly and eager to help. I've been to other PT providers, but I'll definitely choose Proactive if I need PT in the future.
I am extremely happy with Proactive Physical Therapy. Dr. Lisa has helped me so much and the staff is great. Care is really personalized. I broke my back just over a year ago and in just a few visits I see significant progress and pain reduction. Absolutely 5 stars !!!
I went to Proactive Physical Therapy for my shoulder. Lisa is a very knowledgeable person and works with individual patients, listening to their concerns and what ails them. She knows exactly what to do with each and every patient. She’s friendly and very easy to work with. The rest of the staff is also knowledgeable under her guidance, friendly and efficient. I recommend this place highly to whoever needs PT.
