I loved the excellent service in an emergency, it is a good place to take your child, very professional, very careful, very careful and good care. I loved it a lot and it was my pediatrician I.Rivera Matos who recommended it to me and now I highly recommend it ☺?
We were on vacation at great wolf lodge and thought our 6 month old had an ear infection. This was the urgent care specifically for children, so we made an appointment. We got there an hour early, and it wasn’t busy so they let us check in. Only 2 people ahead of us and the wait was still 20-25 minutes, but once back there it went very quick and everyone was very friendly.
Wonderful place! From making the appt for my 9yo daughter online, checking in, getting vitals & seeing the doctor was all within an hour. Nothing was rushed at all & everyone we saw/spoke to was kind, caring & professional! My daughter is special needs and they took the time to be patient & listen. We had exceptional service!! The doctor was thorough! This is 30 mins from our home (where there is 15 other urgent cares) but we will NOT be going anywhere else now when urgent care is needed. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
