I paid $45 for them to steam my dress but instead they ruined it with a black smear running all the way across the inside of the hem and the outside. It was three days before my wedding and I was worried they would make it worse if I tried having them clean the ruined wedding dress. There was no time to get it fixed. I walked down the aisle in a ruined wedding dress, and I’m so upset it’s still like that. That should NOT have happened.

20+ years using this location. Although not flawless throughout the years by any means, still consistently the best performing cleaners in the area. I’ve learned over the years to highlight certain things if they are out of the normal expectations( e.g., stains, etc.).High value clothing is always a risk no matter where you go. On that note, “high value” is still often manufactured in developing countries and just because one may have spent notable money does not always equate to a well made garment. Seam separation is a common occurrence in poor quality manufacturing regardless of brand name or price paid. Lesser cost cloth materials is also a factor in garments... read full review
