The man working at the front desk was shockingly rude. As I sat in the waiting room, I couldn’t believe the way he was speaking to patients over the phone—it was so unprofessional that I honestly wondered if I was part of a hidden camera prank to see how people would react. I’ve always loved the nurse practitioner and Katie (if she’s still there), but the receptionist in the suit and bow tie really needs to focus less on his outfit and more on treating people with basic respect.

Receptionists are extremely rude don’t bother trying to make an appointment around your schedule because they will get upset and say oh my god under their breathe as if your not on the phone with them trying to work out the best time for yourself .. not a good look also all the reviews are true about this place look elsewhere if possible

On my first visit with the Doctor, I had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment. She is rude and unfriendly. I told her my main concern and requested a referral - which she completely dismissed. This is a condition I have been dealing with for over 2 years. She and her staff have NO bedside manner. Will also mention the unprofessional appearance of the Doctor as well. When I finally saw the Doctor, it was rushed and she did not listen to my concerns. Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. Find anyone other than Dr. Daphnis for your medical care.
