Our house was elevated as part of the 2019 FEMA grant for Nassau Bay. We chose Arkitektura, hands down, over the other two elevation companies who were bidding to do the work. The entire staff at Arkitektura was a joy to work with, from start to finish. Philip, Cody, Sean, Hugo, Mike, and all the rank and file workers, thank you all so much! They are definitely the A team.

We used Arkitektura to elevate our home after Harvey. We were very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism, but most satisfied by the service and attention we have received even years after the job completion. We highly recommend Arkitektura for home elevation.
Ark lifted our huge house at least 16 feet. It was a very big job on Clear Lake. It has been 7 months since they completed the lift and I have not seen any cracks in floors or sheetrock. There was a leak in a pool pipe due the inevitable but necessary pounding but they and my pool contractor repaired it. I think they had to pound support blocks beyond the water table which was pretty deep. Our crews were the best because they worked through rain and heat and were always respectful. Phillip Contreras, the owner, has an excellent team. Sean, the construction manager, is very experienced and knows everything. Hugo was our liason with the sub-contractors.
