After being closed because of the crazy storms for 5 days they were very busy the next Monday. Chris and Lindsay gave excellent customer service. Lindsay made my collection professional, friendly and efficient. I only waited 10 minutes and over all time there was 20! I'm confident you could do this on an hour lunch break, especially when it's not their first day open after a storm.

This place was fast with service and very friendly, helpful staff! I contacted them from Colorado where I currently reside and am having to test regularly. Lyndsay was super helpful and took care of contacting my PO after I provided the info to make sure this location would work as a testing site while I’m in Texas. I was in and out of here in less than 10 minutes. The price was about $50 more than I’m use to but it’s what I gotta do so I’m happy.

Had a great experience! The Woody guy no longer works there that everyone complained about in previous reviews and the lady who did my hair follicle and UA was very nice!! I wish I would have got her name, because shout out to her!!!
