Once we arrived we could clearly see various degrees of equipment, clean spaces, highly professional and knowledgeable staff. They were able to answer questions about co-pays, schedules, therapy strategies and the metrics they used to measure her level of improvement. My mother went two times a week and 90% of the time she had the same therapist, whom she bonded really well with.
