Tracy is quick to respond to messages and handle issues. I used him at least three times and he can be counted on to do the job and do it right. The last time was a repair as a result of a home inspection. He responded the next day and took care of the issue so the sale of my house could proceed.
I bought a 28000 btu window ac unit and because of a recent surgery could not Install it, so I contacted Tracey at mini. He came out on time, was professial, and did a great job at a more than fair price. In the future if I need help with any project Tracey is my man.
