It's insane that the lady at the front desk is still there. I left. She was so rude to customers there that I wanted nothing to do with that place. I pay a lot of money for insurance benefits and I'll be damned if I am going to give my business to this place. Vision Works needs to rethink their relationship with this Doctor. Horrible.

Worst experience. Place is not well kept, looks shoddy. as others have pointed out the bill is $40 more than you expect, when I asked about it the cranky front office/tech told me it was for 'extra' scans. I told her I did not know I was getting anything extra she told me that it's posted on the signage on her cluttered desk. whatever, never going back. The doctor does not explain what he is doing or even talk to you about what he is finding during the exam and at the end kept asking if I want contacts or glasses, I told him no, I am just wanting an exam to make sure my eyes are OK (as I stated on the forms) only then did he say "your eyes are healthy". the whole place smelled weird and bad, especially the exam room. Because of this negative experience I do not trust anything there. I will go somewhere else to get an eye exam, this was a waste and I feel like I've been robbed with unnecessary extra tests that were neither asked for or explained to me As to why I might need them. I'm also going to contact my insurance provider to express my displeasure.

My complaint is for the receptionist. She is incredibly rude and has extremely poor phone etiquette and customer service skills. We called to receive clarification on information left out of the prescription and she was very condescending, acting like we were a burden. The receptionist gives the first impression of any office and she did not give a good one.
