My house flooded Dec 2024. Almost the entire house has to be redone. Since the floors needed to be replaced, we wanted to find a local flooring store to work with instead of going with Floor and Decor, which our general contractor recommended. El Dorado is not far from us so we decided to go check it out. Right away, Sid and Tommy welcomed us into their shop and helped us find what we sought. They have a large display room with sample flooring and tile and plenty to choose from. They treated us as valuable customers and like new neighbors. We’d been getting the run around from our General contractor, so working with Sid and Tommy was a nice change of pace. They were patient and always available to help.
