You can't find a builder these days with the integrity of Dennis and Brian Sarslow. Their 33+ years is a testament to how happy their customers are. Their attention to detail and customer service is untouchable in the custom home market.

We are near completion of our home build with Brian Custom homes. I absolutely could not recommend them more! My very first impression of the owner was that he was mindful of money. He himself was a good steward of his finances which told me he certainly would be a good steward of mine. And he has been. I don’t feel like I’m alone in trying to stay in budget and trying to get the best deals. He absolutely stays on top of that and gives me updates on all costs as we go. He is very transparent in that and is an excellent advocate for his clients with all subcontractors. They are for their clients! I have also seen the work they have done on the house and have been very impressed. It is no run of the mill track home you’re getting. They put their best effort in giving you the home of your dreams and have a great eye for detail. They truly try to treat you as they would want to be treated in home building going above in beyond in the work they do. My home is BEAUTIFUL! They have also been wonderful is handling every question I have with patience and understanding always leaving me feeling confident and reassured. To be honest though, most of the questions I had they had already taken care of. Things that I knew other people had not gotten with their home build were standard with Brian Custom Homes. They think of everything! They have been a pleasure to work with always having a good attitude. Just down to earth, honest, solid, hard working men.
