A couple of the keys on my son's laptop stopped working and every place I contacted (big electronics store and local chain repair) wanted to mail it out for repair which was going to take several weeks to do and cost me just as much or more for diagnosis and shipping than Roger quoted me for the entire job over the phone to include the price for the replacement part and the labor to repair it. Additionally, Roger allowed me to keep the laptop until the part arrived. Once the part did arrive, I dropped it off to him one evening and it was repaired and I was able to pick it up the following day. Helped me out late on the weekend and told me my gpu(which is broken) that they may still be able to replace it even though I bought it years ago and he was right I got another one free of charge
