Working with Matt Benn was one of the best parts of my homebuilding journey. As many homeowners know, builders often fall short when it comes to warranty service with issues can get dragged out, ignored, or pushed from one department to another. But Matt was the exception.

He stepped up in a big way, personally making sure that my warranty items were addressed quickly and thoroughly. He didn’t just pass the buck-he followed through, kept me updated, and made sure things got done right. Even more impressively, he pushed to help me with a request to resolve maintenance issues with the over grown weeds in the yard Nextdoor that were caused by a different builder!!!...read full review

Kelly is amazing! This is our first home and we had little knowledge about all the steps and why things were done a certain way and Kelly and her Team did such an amazing job keeping us updated and explaining what was happening and if we needed to take action on an item. Her team was able to help us through all of our financing questions and even included information I have been told by other homeowners that is not usually conveyed. We are so in love with out house and Lillian we would buy from them over and over again if we could.
