If I could leave zero stars I would, I had an appointment at 2pm today I called twice during a 10 minute span. The second call of which was sent to voicemail but instead of the voicemail providing hours of operation like it did the first time this time it stated due to inclement weather the office is closed and appointments are cancelled this was at 2:11pm. There was no call back or answer to my call during the 11 minutes I waited after already arriving 30 minutes early. I think it was very inconsiderate of my time and money as I traveled from another city and took off of work for this appointment.
