I ordered a pair of boots w/ a coupon code online. Went to pick up the boots in-store and tried them on. They were too small so they got me a size up. Cashier made the exchange easily and I was out the door. Good customer service and easy transaction.

Fantastic experience! I went in to look for some new shoes for running and the gym. The associates Angelica and Tatum were incredibly helpful and friendly while I shopped around and asked questions. This was a very clean and organized environment with a wide selection of footwear!

I came into the store on a Saturday. I had a return to make, it was something I needed to do for quite a while. The return policy is great by the way! However I want to comment on the service I received. There was only one employee in the store, a young lady named Savannah. She greeted every customer that came in, checked on everyone that was shopping, She took care of my return and helped me order another pair of shoes. She was helpful, kind and made me feel like I was her only customer, even though the store was very busy. She did a great job of managing the business of the store. She is an asset to the store and to the company.Thank you Savannah!
