NYA was the best example of what a customer service representative should be that I have seen in a very long time. She greeted me at the door and asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and then escorted me straight to what I was looking for. Her store did not have my size, but I went to another one of their stores and found the right size for me, but not the right color. The employees at the second store had no interest in helping me, so I returned to the Famous Footwear in Midlothian and NYA helped me to place an online for home delivery. I ordered a pair of boots w/ a coupon code online. Went to pick up the boots in-store and tried them on. They were too small so they got me a size up. Cashier made the exchange easily and I was out the door. Good customer service and easy transaction.
Fantastic experience! I went in to look for some new shoes for running and the gym. The associates Angelica and Tatum were incredibly helpful and friendly while I shopped around and asked questions. This was a very clean and organized environment with a wide selection of footwear!
