Run, do not walk, back out of the building! Should've trusted my instincts when I walked in. The run down tiny room is filthy. The comforter and pillowcase on the treatment table were visibly stained and dirty. The equipment was dirty. Everything was dirty. I have had numerous microderm treatments at real spas, and this was not a microderm treatment. Whatever this machine was, must have been over 20 years old. A real aesthetician will only do 3 passes over an area doing microderm. Dr. Nancy kept going over the same areas over and over and over. Though "Dr." Nancy is one of the sweetest ladies I've ever met, the painful microdermabrasion and mini-"facial" were unfortunately not near as sweet. It was alarming how unsanitary everything was. The room smelled musty, was dirty, and the equipment/tools/towels used were yuck! I should've left but I felt sorry for her, so I stayed, and now my skin is paying the price. I could go into all the many details of the treatment but the experience was just too negative. I'm very sorry to have to give this sweet woman a bad rating, but she is not a good esthetician and she should have a refresher course in cosmetology-related services/policies.

My wife and I saw Dr. Nancy today for adjustments. Dr. Nancy is very sweet and a wonderful chiropractor! Her price is the best in town!
