Lottie did my eyeliner about 20years ago. She gave me a lifetime guarantee...and she wasn't lying! Nobody can believe that my eyeliner looks as good as the day she tattooed it on. All we used was a little bit of ice to numb the lids upper and lower. I can just imagine with another twenty years of experience she can tattoo the lids on a hummingbird.
