I’ve been using DK Cleaners for 9 years. I have never been disappointed. The young man at the counter this evening had my order ready for me when I walked in the door. That’s customer service, young man! Thank you, sir!

I have used DK Cleaners before and they did amazing, but this weekend was chaotic and horrible.They treated me as though I, a customer, was stupid and I did not matter. As though my special day did not matter. It was a simple job, they had a week to do it, they lied to me, treated me like I was stupid, they did not care about me as a customer. I kind of wish the owner would have done it because he has serviced me before and he did amazing, but his staff eh, not so much. Dry cleaned a big comforter covered in dog stains- Pee, throw up, schmegma, dirt, drool, etc. my child actually pooped on it once as well. The comforter was so clean that I think they went to the store and bought me a new one. Chemical dry cleaning is a very intense process so the comforter lost a tad bit of its original texture but that’s to be expected no matter where you go. DK cleaners is awesome.
