Kem at Boost was awesome. He helped me upgrade to the iPhone 16e and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was set up properly before I left. The phone has been great so far, and I really appreciate his help. Highly recommend asking for Kem if you stop by.
The gentleman I spoke with today was very helpful and although he did not have the phone I was looking for he made several calls around the area. Even after I left the store he called to follow up with me to let me know he located one which I thought was exceptional customer service. The location is clean as well.
Kamish (not sure about spelling) solved our problem, finally! I spent hours over the course of a week with customer support trying to figure out why the phone SIM card would not sync to the network. Kamish was able to do an “upgrade” in the system ($27) with our existing phone and with a new SIM card. Took about 30 minutes. This all occurred due to using an eSIM card for international travel and swapping back to using the physical SIM. I would highly suggest if you travel abroad, just buy a burner phone with data and voice in that country.
