Very poor communication, with both the client and each other. While it is great they built such a nice porch so quick, the supervisor (who was not there) started ignoring my calls, even when I was calling to see what would be the best way to pay. No one had told the builders that the roof was supposed to follow the gable on the house, but I luckily told them right before they put the roof on. There’s split boards and pieces of the railing are split/not attached, but the supervisor who happily explained that there was a 1-year warranty, is again, ignoring our calls. Not to mention the builders broke yard ornaments and shoved them into our washer’s French drain. The... read full review
