ASC answered my phone calls promptly and made an appointment to look at our refrigerator. They confirmed the time the day of the appointment and Chris showed up on time. He was very courteous and professional. He carefully diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very good service. Thank you.
My refrigerator was freezing up. My son in law called Appliance Service Center and Roger, the owner promptly came out to access the repair. He immediately knew the problem and found the most reasonable replacement part. He was to be out of town for a couple days so let me know that someone else would be
coming to install the part. When the part was in, Chris called to come install. It was a holiday but let me know there was no up charge to install that day. Both were very professional and knowledgeable.
