Wow! Mr. Eric at R&L Carriers Waller location knocked it out the park! He arrived on time, was professional, kind, and made me feel like I mattered! He even went above and beyond delivered my generator at the top of my driveway! There was no one to help me with a 430 pound Champion Generator! Thank you Eric! I was so excited and happy I called Tom his manager at Waller location to let him know about my excellent customer service experience with Mr. Eric! R&L Carriers in Waller, TX Rocks! Absolutely the best delivery experience I've had, from the lady who I scheduled the delivery with in the Wallet TX office to the amazing communication and care from the delivery driver. Great company to deal with
