We moved to Waller 4 yrs ago and had to find a new vet. Walked into NVC nervously as we have used the same vet in town for years. We loved our experience at NVC. With 4 dogs and two cats we need lots of vet care and trust them with our pets completely and often. The doctors are great and the staff knows you on a first name basis. We strongly recommend NVC Waller for all of your pet’s needs.
Patricia was definitely a great help. She was willing to walk me through and explain things multiple times to me she's very friendly, very kind something that this industry needs a lot more of in my opinion: The people who work here are probably some of the sweetest I’ve ever met. They were incredibly caring and patient with both me and my dog, and they made us feel comfortable the entire time. They also worked with me on pricing, which meant so much and really showed how understanding and compassionate they are.
