Hi this Vidor Merle Norman. This is in regards to Deana Findley review recently. She was extremely upset that we would not return a reduced price eye shadow. It is against our store policy to return sale items. She called to say her husband did not like the color after she applied it. Samples were shown to her before purchasing it. We have it posted several places in the store about our sale items returns. So sorry that she was upset. Merle Norman has an online website that we invite her to use.

I am the owner of the studio. Customer service is our priority. In regards to the negative review concerning the store raising our prices for a sale. It is absolutely not true. We truly value our customers. Please go to www..merlenorman.com. It has the prices listed there. Our studio in no way raises prices for sales. In fact, we give many discounts for teachers, senior citizens, birthdays, etc. Please verifiy what I am saying is true.

Mrs. Donna is the sweetest lady, and I LOVE going into Merle. She is always ready to spread happiness and I always leave there happy and like I've just had a conversation with a loving friend.
