Staff and doctors are very friendly and know their business. I've been going for several years and only had one issue but they were very nice and corrected it. They are very thorough in their examinations. I highly recommend vision source.

This review is only regarding my phone call with Hailey who answered the phone when I called. I give her 5 Stars????? for her excellent and very helpful assistance over the phone. She was very kind and professional. As far as the actual visit, I will give a review on that later.

I really wanted to give this place a high rating because Dr. Dang was wonderful and able to correct my contact lens prescription. I wear toric, multi-focal contacts and thought I would have to give up on wearing contacts.
However, the staff all SEEM nice but could not/did not produce an itemized receipt after my appointment. I called the next morning and was told the doctor hadn't signed either my spectacle or contact lens my prescriptions yet (Texas State Law section Sec. 351. 365 state it should be released immediately unless Doctor thinks a follow-up visit is needed or didn't pay.).
