Have utilized their services for my Mother August 30, 2024 and now my dad who passed December 11, 2024. . Adrian and staff have been helpful, responsive to questions and extremely easy to work with. We have had zero issues from their pick up of my parents to them returning them to us to take home. My family is very appreciative of all the care and respect that have shown to us having two parents pass in a very short time!

My grandpa passed suddenly and we were under the impression that he had paid for his services with Victoria Mortuary Services. We could not find his paperwork but Chelsea and Adrian went above and beyond trying to find out if my grandpa had a policy with them. It turned out that my grandpa never paid the policy with them. Chelsea was very kind and helpful with the whole process. She made it a little easy for us to deal with this situation with her kindness. We had a million questions and she answered them all patiently and throughly. Thank you for all your help!
