“Lovely gym. The second you step in you get greeted with a big smile! Everything is nice and clean, towels are always stocked and all the gym goers are always polite and mindful.The amenities are great. There is a large changing room with an area to relax, a steam sauna and regular sauna and a jacuzzi! There is also a lap pool and a smaller separate pool.What I also want to praise is the kids area. The staff for the kids in motion childcare is so amazing. They’re so respectful and kind to the children and I’m really grateful for the care they’ve provided.“
