“Just had my 7 year old rescue Persian (have had her for 1 year) in for her fourth Spa Day with Cristal. She was shedding her undercoat and had a lot of hair. Cristal spent over 2 hours with her and she looked so good after Cristal was finished. We will continue to have Spa Days with Cristal!!!“

“Looks like I learned the hard way.. After some research, if you do not want your pet to get Kenne cough the shot has to be given at least 14 days prior to them being boarded.
I received a very nice call today from the pet resort and they are going to do all they can to see if my Vet can help with Dexter's cough.
After returning home my little guy came down with Kennel cough. As my daughter and I book together and her dog also has Kennel cough, a much milder case. All I have heard is good things about the pet resort. Kennel cough is not a good thing. Someone boarder there pet knowingly.“

“GiGi got my sister’s pet in same day, last minute. This was HUGE because my sister lives an hour away & I live almost 3 hours away. You know how dogs have that 6th sense? Well, this dog, who usually barks, growls, and snips at EVERYONE, took to GiGi as if she’d know her. The place is very home-like, so this may have relaxed Benji. The cut was better than expected. Benji hadn’t been groomed in months because my sister had been sick. She had the matted dreadlocks going on and came out looking & feeling like a new dog. Will definitely go back & take my own fur baby next time!“
