Regina Mcburrnet was the first experience I've had with JC Penny's salon. She did my nails, I LOVE THEM. I enjoyed her company and service so much that I have since taken my grandson to her for a kid's cut, also a fabulous experience.I ? percent recommend seeing Regina at JC Penny.

The 1st time I went, a lady cut my hair uneven. However, she was kind enough to ask for help from a fellow coworker to show her some tips. And Trudy the lady who had to correct my hair cut was kind enough to teach her and did a great job fixing it. I have to admire a place where they can own up to errors and fix them as well, all done with respect towards me and a happy face from both ladies!

Kristina castilla has always done amazing work on my hair. Shes very prompt and not afraid to let you know if what your requesting will do more damage than good. Shes always done amazing work- I usually always get "chi red" as I call it and shes never failed me once. She's very polite and I would highly recommend her . As I always recommend her to my family and friends- which reminds me I need to book an appointment with her soon!!!!
