Appliance Pro has repaired some of my older appliances. Also purchased new washer/dryer and refrigerator/freezer. They show up on time, know how to fix stuff, understand their products, have competitive prices, and are local. There, I'm treated like a customer rather than waiting for an hour to be "helped" by a big box robot. Even though their prices are as good as big box, I'd pay more for local responsiveness and competence.

I called Appliance Pro because the lid on my washer wouldn't unlock. I was given a price of 100 dollars an hour. You pay for that first hour no matter if it takes longer. The lady on the phone was kind, and professional she answered all my questions

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I had a problem a month after a repair and they fixed it with no problem whatsoever. Their technician gave me some advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Highly recommend their services. They have worked on my appliances in the past with the same great professionalism.
