We recently had a really bad experience with a different company; Aire Serv came out and helped us determine what was done incorrectly, so we had them replace the whole system with a better solution for our needs. The whole team: Dustin, Daniel, Cole, Manuel, Bryan, Ryan, and Kirk were here on time, when they said they would be. They were professional, did not leave a mess, everything was explained in detail and all questions answered before they left. They spent all day and finished the job with a little overtime. Great service. Stephen, the technician servicing my a/c unit was very polite and gave me detailed explanation of what he was doing and why. After researching the HARD START kit I asked him about it and he had the part in van and was able to install it today. I highly recommend Aire Serve.
