Initially I reached out to ask about a gray Chevy 2500 HD Duramax custom and was told it had been sold. Week went by I seen a gray one online and was told the same. But this time they mentioned trying to find one. The very next morning they had found the truck I was looking for and asked if I wanted it. Later I was thanked by Adam Case for sticking to my guns and getting exactly the one I wanted. I have nothing bad to say about the whole process. Recently our vehicle's motor died on us while travelling. Being from the Nashville, TN area we were quite a distance from home. We had our vehicle towed from Quanah to the dealership and found out we needed a new motor which would have cost more than the value of our vehicle. The staff at both the Chevrolet and Chrysler dealerships of the Vernon Auto Group were extremely helpful with the vehicle diagnosis, shuttling us to and from our hotel, and searching for possible used vehicles that would fit our needs. Rob Ramsey was very helpful to me. He listened to my problems and quickly checked my warranty and had an appointment set up for me. He offered to come to my house and get my car. That wasn’t necessary but I was out of town and couldn’t pick it up when it was ready. He delivered it and had it sitting in my driveway when I arrived home. The three problems my car was experiencing are now running smoothly. Thank you Rob and the Chevrolet dealership!
