“If you’re looking for an honest plumbing company, I can’t recommend Shiplet Plumbing enough! They came out to help us with a leak caused by unknown to us at the time, damaged drain lines, and from the very beginning, everyone was incredible. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what repairs would be needed. They never once made me feel like my questions were silly or that I should already know the answers. They treated us with kindness and respect every step of the way.
Also, huge shout out to Tabbetha! I know people behind the scenes don’t always get the recognition they deserve, but she was absolutely amazing. She kept us updated throughout the entire process, helped us navigate what was and wasn’t covered under our home warranty, and made sure we understood all of our options. She made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Because let’s be honest an unexpected plumbing emergency is never cheap. But Shiplet Plumbing was transparent, straightforward, and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting into before any work was done. That level of communication and honesty is worth so much.
They’ve earned customers for life. Hopefully, our next call is for something planned instead of an emergency, but either way, Shiplet Plumbing will always be our first choice. Thank you all for making a difficult situation so much less stressful!”
