Van Veterinary Clinic provides excellent and gentle care for animals. The doctor is pleasant, explains treatments well, and talks directly to the pets. The staff is professional and answers all questions. Appointments are efficient. The clinic offers better prices than others, making it a go-to place for many clients who have trusted it for years. Specialists are recommended when needed.
Dr. Kauble and his assistants have been caring for all of my animals for over 30 years. He is always willing to refer us to a specialist when needed. He has a gentle manner with all comers and explains well.
1st time I visit them today and it was for my cat. It was a very nice experience. I went to another vet closer to my home 2 weeks ago in Edom but it was not so good. This doctor was very pleasant and took the time to examine him and treat him and explain why he was giving him each medicine and why the need for x-rays. Very professional receptionist and the prices were a lot better than the previous place too. This is now the go-to place for my animals from now on.
In November my German Shepard suffered a stroke, we rushed to Dr Kauble, Van Veterinary. He was on a call, but his associate contacted him, he rushed back and did everything possible to save him, but when a clot hits the heart it’s bad news. Dr Kauble was very kind and sympathetic in his efforts to save Bear. We will forever remember his kindness. ☺️. Lena
