I called and placed an order over the phone for delivery and they were able to take care of everything in less than a few hours. The lady that answered the phone was wonderful. Beautiful flowers, excellent service, definitively recommend.

I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral. Not only did they not deliver them they had the wrong date . So you could say I'm very upset with this place .I understand accidents happen however my grandma deserved to have beautiful flowers at her own funeral. Very disappointed on a very stressful and hard day EDIT. THE OWNER CALLED ME BACK AND WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR ME. SHE OFFERED TO PERSONALLY MAKE MY ARRANGEMENTS AT NO COST TO ME AND LAY THEM DOWN WHEN GRANNY GETS HER STONE LAYED . SHE WAS APOLOGETIC AND I KNOW SHE FELT JUST HORRIBLE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED.
