After going there for a few months I decided to get a membership. I purchased it without the knowledge that I had to keep it for 6 months. Know one told that was the rule. I moved away 2 months ago and was still getting charged without my knowledge. I called them to cancel and told me I could email them. They still have yet to cancel my membership and are charging me for August even though I called July 1 to cancel which would've been the 30 day notice. Extremely disappointed in the girls that work there for 1. Not letting me know the rules of the membership and 2. For not being nice when my friend and I tried to cancel our membership.

Me and my friend came for their $15 halloween special spray tans. We don't get tons of spray tans and the staff was so nice in educating us. Even though I messed up, they were so nice and just laughed it off with me. They didn't make me feel stupid even though they totally could have, it's a simple process!!! I'm just dumb. The vibe of the salon is so cute and welcoming. Will be going back!!

I got a pedicure with a friend and was forced to give my credit card info to book. That was ok at first and then I was also told that they could only go gel nails, and they could not do anything special with it. No chrome, no sparkles, etc. We had an appointment, but waited 20 min. when we got there. The seat was incredibly uncomfortable to sit in. My legs were almost too short for the sink, so I had to sit on the edge of the bench which made it all very uncomfortable. The girl who did my pedicure was very quick and seemed to rush through it as fast as she could. I waited 20 min. for my friend to finish hers.
