Straight forward and great service. I appreciate the professional communication with the team returning my voicemail, then explaining what I could expect, then the technician calling me.

Unfortunately a part needed to be ordered, so it will take some time, but they promptly responded the week of the holidays with reasonable detail and explanations.

Expectations were properly set.

I have had such consistently good experience with this company that I will never ask anyone else for help. They are good to talk me through things I might be able to fix myself (that's a limited set, though), Leonard is always prompt, professional and pleasant, and the staff that answers the phone are always friendly and kind. They are, in a word, wonderful.

Chris did a great job in fixing the microwave. He was able to isolate the issue and address it. It stopped working in 15 days. Ever since we contacted but didnt hear back from Grayson Appliance
