The previous review posted to the flower patch was not accurate. We did our very best in the short amount of time given. On a busy day this order was placed and requested same day delivery. At the family’s request we worked on all of their arrangements as quickly as possible to be sent over right away. We apologize for everything you went through on that particular day and we hoped to make this day a little easier for you. It is customary to staple the letter for one reason when the standing spray gets sent out to the cemetery the heat will cause the letter to unstick. This is a response to a previous review by Marisol Tinoco. Your review was completely unorthodox and false. We strive and even pride ourselves on our arrangements but we are human and mistakes are made, and will go above and beyond to correct such. We understood there was a misspelling when you contacted us and I was sent straight out to fix this problem, which was done in a timely manner with respect and privacy. We staple letters to our ribbon so they will not peel off in the heat, this is how high we will stive for quality. You did not like this response and called screaming at our employees wanting a completely new ribbon which we would do in order to right any wrong...read full review
I placed an order online for a rose bouquet to be delivered the same day to my Grandma. It was 12pm for me but 2pm in Uvalde. That is short notice for the Florist but guess what? The roses were delivered by 4:30. Ordering online was easy. It did say rose bouquet, I thought it meant roses only but it was a few roses & some other pretty flowers mixed. The photos on the website look like stock photos but the flowers delivered were exact match to the stock photo. Very impressed! I also ordered assorted candies and my Grams loved them.
