Needed a new valve for one of the zones. the guys were knowledgeable and had all parts and equipment with them. I should not have had to pay a FULL trip fee, however. There was another call just down the street and they also had to pay a FULL trip fee. Seems like the trip fee could have been split between the two of us. Overall good work.
Problem was corrected but personally, the price was extremely inflated…I appreciate the work and the fact that it got corrected but there were certain things added to the price that I don’t believe the consumer should be charge for…Unfortunately I will refrain from using Sanford again because of this, nor will I recommend Sanford but the quality of work was good. I don’t mind paying a fair price but I frown on inflated prices
