I really enjoyed it there they explained everything in a way that I understood perfectly they were very friendly and they were very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions so yes I am very very satisfied with how it went there

Mr Cruz Santos explained the process with me and had me put on the CPAP while there to make sure I did it correctly. Answered all my questions. Once I got home , because of his help beforehand it was an easy process.

At the uvalde Rotech office: Mr Cruz Santos went out of his way explain how to use the cpap machine an mask. If I had questions or concerns he would answer them quickly. Both Mr Santos and the lady up front were friendly. She explained the cost and insurance. Overall I was happy with their services
