I've had items "lost" in the possession of FedEx before but, this is the first time I've had issues with the Uvalde, Tx FedEx location.
I was scheduled to receive a package yesterday, 12/06/2024, it never got delivered then, I noticed at 11:00pm that it was rescheduled for delivery for today, 12/07/2024. Again, it never showed and again they rescheduled delivery for Monday, 12/09/2024. We're two weeks away from Christmas and they are already dropping the ball! I can just imagine how many packages they will have to "reschedule" as we get closer to Christmas.
Drivers from this facility can never find anything here in Del Rio. Everything gets lost , delivered to the wrong place and definitely late everytime. It takes them all week to figure out a Rural address that comes up on GPS. Please FedEx hire some people that have enough smarts to read an address. Don’t even get started on how many times I found packages lying out on side of highway that weren’t even delivered to the house. Just left out by a fence line. Your customer service sucks and you should be embarrassed of the people you hire!

When I drop off a package, they respond quickly… one time after I dropped off my package and returned home, the customer said they couldn’t pay me for the shipment, so I jumped in the vehicle and headed back to town and my local FedEx was very helpful in getting the package back to me!
