“The staff made sure we understood the standard procedure for what we could expect with Swedish massage or Deep tissue massage. I think I ended up asking for something more along the lines of Swedish massage even though I booked us for a deep tissue couples massage. My husband and I really enjoyed it and will be sure to follow the instructions to hydrate to help clear any lactic acid from our wonderful massages. My therapist (Joy) was really responsive during the massage to my requests to increase or decrease pressure depending on what each area of my body could tolerate. And, Kjirsten was careful around a previous injury in my husband's shoulder. I appreciated that (: I was honestly sad when our time was up. The massage felt really good!!“
