I just left my first session with Coach G. It was absolutely amazing ??. She assessed my movement and physicality to properly design my workouts. I am stoked! I know that my fitness journey will be tough but so worth it! I am certain she is rooting for me to reach my goals. She clearly knows her stuff. I love how attuned she is to me, my ability and the process. I rate it ?!
