“A few months back I bought a rug that I absolutely adored second-hand, but it unfortunately came with a little bit of pet related damage on the very corner. The edging had been undone.

I stopped by Best-Way Carpet with a couple of questions to see if anything could be done to repair it, and they told me re-binding is something they could do if I brought the rug in. Today I managed to find the time to do so, and I'm so thankful I did.

All of the gentlemen I had the pleasure of interacting with were absolutely delightful and kind. They let me know what the pricing could be, and worked with me to make the less expensive option work. They took my rug to the back and in about thirty minutes it was all good to take home with me.

During my wait I took a look at their carpet samples as I'm looking at getting another rug for a different room. The gentleman who interacted with me the most was kind of enough to let me know about what the expenses could be and the option of looking at their available remainders.
