I have to say we had some major issues when I first had to use them. The water quality is awful and pipes are always under repair. However the employees have been nicer and more understanding. When you receive a bill that states on the back the water could cause health issues and see the word cancer. Lord Jesus how have they failed inspection so many times? However in small towns with not much sources to go in and redo the entire system I guess we have to understand a little. I just hate paying for water that taste like straight chemical and dirt.

If I could give them a negative star review I would. Between the constant boil notices, weekly water shut offs due to "repairs", membership fees and horrible customer service this company should be shut down.

We paid them in advance to install our water meter they didn't show up neither time they said they were going to and now they won't tell me when they will be able to do it
